There were two fundamental concepts concerning this project - to present the photographs in a simple but tidy way and also to make the content editable for the author.
I used Wordpress as a php base with its build-in administration panel to edit gallery plus JavaScript extension called LigtBox. When a picture thumbnail is being pressed LightBox opens a layer covering browsers window with half-transparent overlay and loads a full scale picture above the current page - everything without any re-loadnig.
I like this effect a lot, also because it works in every modern browser.
