Hello! Thank you for visiting my site. Let me tell you couple of things about myself.

My name is Andrzej Dzirba. I was born in Poland and lived there for most of my life. Not to bore anyone with personal details, I'll just say that I graduated from the Institute of Philosophy in 2002 and then for the second time from the Institute of Sociology in 2004, both at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

After I realized that there is more to life than just books, I started to look for a profession which would involve lots of cerebral activity and would be connected to dealing with people and also would be wide and interesting enough to encourage me to learn and explore. I found all of that in web design and development and since the middle of 2005 I have been gradually increasing my possibilities within this domain.

Most of that time I have been working as a freelancer, but I have also worked for companies specialising in website design and positioning. Apart from that I have been experimenting a lot with my own websites.

I specialise in building tableless standard compliant websites and in optimising them for SEO and SEM purposes. I am fluent with XHTML and CSS, and of course with graphics programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator. I have done some work with Flash and Action Script. Gradually I'm building up my skills in Php and JavaScript - my knowledge in them is still not satisfactory but I am able to write simple scripts and incorporate ready components whenever it's needed.

As you can see by this page and presented examples - I tend to make simple websites aimed at presenting information in an easy and effective way. In spite of my own aesthetic taste I do not impose my private opinion on the customers - instead of that I always try to make suggestions and give feedback.
